THE CHALLENGE:
Professionalizing the Brand Presence
Prior to partnering with Keyframe One, Ardoq’s event capture was largely informal. They often relied on phone-filmed clips and internal team members to document their sessions. While this provided some content, it didn’t reflect the sophisticated nature of their platform or the high-level expertise of their speakers, which included Chief Architects and CMOs.
Ardoq needed to bridge that gap. They wanted to professionalize their social presence and build a deep library of high-quality assets that their marketing team could use for months of campaigns. The goal was to turn a one-day event into a year-long content engine.

THE EXECUTION:

Keyframe One deployed a high-spec, mobile production unit to two flagship locations: Everyman Cinema in London and the FIFA Museum in Zurich.
Our Technical Approach: We utilized a 3-camera 4K setup for every keynote and fireside chat. This allowed us to capture the scale of the room and the intimacy of the speaker to ensure the final edit felt cinematic.
For audio, we pulled master feeds directly from the venue PA systems while running 32-bit floating-point audio as a fail-safe backup. This level of redundancy is non-negotiable for live events where there are no second takes.
Optimized Social Delivery To give their marketing team maximum flexibility, we managed over a Terabyte of data and handled all editing in-house. We delivered the final library in high-bitrate 1080p. This is the sweet spot for social media teams who need manageable file sizes for LinkedIn and YouTube without sacrificing quality.
